As I had pointed out after having seen my work with eBay Fashion Germany the adventure did not end up and bring me in English territory, in one of my favorite places to date, not far from the center of London,  a small, quiet town focused only on a little hill with breathtaking views, 800 castles and lots of green, i'm talking about Richmond, not to be confused with the American homonymous; this city recall me those British movies with vintage cars, elegant men leading a walk at sunset with their purebred dogs. In the first days i explored far and wide, pleasantly surprised by the large amount of Thai and Indian restaurants and old libraries, then in the first sunny weekend we shot the SS12 lookbook for eBay Fashion UK, where I had the pleasure to meet my friend Lara Jade, established photographer born in England but based in New York who started his career at age 14, believe it or not, and the English presenter Amal Fashanu, known for his work on BBC English, a young woman with a character from a true London girl and with the biggest smile ever seen. The trends interpreted for the catalog, both with streetstyle's pictures and in the studio on a white background are among the most trendy, from the flowers 60's to the pastel in its most romantic forms, through the white suits and all that the remind the "summer"word , long chiffon skirts, wide-brimmed straw hats, high waisted shorts and colorful wedges (my favorite!). Come vi avevo accennato dopo avervi fatto vedere il mio lavoro con eBay Fashion Germania l' avventura non è finita fino a portarmi in territorio inglese, in una delle mie località ad oggi preferite, poco lontano dal centro di Londra, nasce una piccola e tranquilla cittadina concentrata solo su di una piccola collina con vista mozzafiato, castelli dell'800 e tantissimo verde, si chiama Richmond, da non confondere con l' omonima americana, ricorda quei film british con macchine d' epoca, uomini eleganti che portano a spasso al tramonto i propri cani di razza. Passato qualche giorno ad esplorarla in lungo e in largo, piacevolmente colpita dalla grande quantità di ristorantini thailandesi e indiani, abbiamo scattato nel week end di primo sole il lookbook SS12 per eBay Fashion Uk, dove ho avuto il piacere di conoscere la mia amica Lara Jade, fotografa affermata nata in Inghilterra ma di base a New York che ha iniziato la sua carriera a soli 14 anni, incredibile ma vero e alla presentatrice inglese Amal Fashanu, conosciuta per i suoi interventi alla English BBC, una donna giovane e con un carattere da vera Londinese e con il sorriso più grande mai visto, invidia mia e di Lara. I trend interpretati per il catalogo , sia con  foto di streetstyle che in studio su sfondo bianco sono tra i più di tendenza, dai fiori anni' 60 ,  al  pastello nelle sue più romantiche declinazioni, attraverso il bianco e a tutto ciò che si addice alla parola "estate", gonne lunghe in chiffon, cappelli di paglia a tesa larga, shorts a vita alta e zeppe coloratissime ( le mie preferite!).
