<p style="text-align: justify;">Ready, set, go! Time stopped at one point while leaving <em>Sorrento,</em> when in the middle of the blue sea the <strong>Faraglioni of Capri</strong> stood out in front of us. Rock stacks in the middle of nowhere. Little white houses who looked like made of papier-m&acirc;ch&eacute;. It was the first time for me. A little bit of everything. It was very windy and the sea started to get rougher and rougher, to calm itself down only at dusk, when the music on the <a href="http://www.yamamay.it">Yamamay</a> boat started to disguise our voices to attract our attention and allow us to enjoy the panorama. <strong>#yamacruise&nbsp;</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Pronti , partenza e via. Il tempo si &egrave; fermato ad un certo punto, quando da Sorrento, in mezzo al mare blu si sono stagliati davanti a noi i <strong>Faraglioni di Capri, </strong>scogli rocciosi in mezzo al nulla. Davanti a noi casette bianche che parevano essere di carta pesta. Per me &egrave; stata la prima volta. Un p&ograve; di tutto. <p style="text-align: justify;">A weekend during which relaxing is the key, enjoying the beauty of <strong>Sorrento, Capri and Positano</strong>, where I am for the first time. After a trip to the distant Bali, today it's the flavor of <em>Italian things</em> I want to live, together with <a href="http://www.yamamay.it">Yamamay</a>, for the second time again. A crystal clear green sea, the high sun and the echoing sound of mandolin. 10 am : I put my bathing suit on and dive in the water.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Un week end dove il centro di tutto &egrave; rilassarsi ammirando, per la mia prima volta, &nbsp;la bellezza di alcune delle citt&agrave; Italiane per eccellenza : <strong>Sorrento, Capri e Positano</strong>. The photos were portraying celebrities from fashion to music world interpreting the brand's iconic piece - the little black jacket, of course - their own way. <p style="text-align: justify;">The unforgettable sound of coins running down the telephone dashboard and the endless wait for someone to answer in the dark of night. <em>&ldquo;I'm giving you a night call to tell you how I feel&rdquo;</em> is a verse from a song from the <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0780504/">&ldquo;Drive&rdquo;</a> movie (2011) directed by <em>Nicolas Winding Refn</em>, a glam cult of our generation. And this is the inspiration I see through the mirrored lenses of my <a href="http://carreraworld.com/it/">Carrera Craze 5001</a> I use to wear when I'm in the mood for a car ride and I finally end up realizing it's getting dark and I have to put them back in my bag. A totally feminine model, futuristic and modern, so typically eighties, those years I've never experienced in full but that I dream about everytime I'm listening to the electronic keys of <em>Kavinsky, Daft Punk and Desire</em>. Neon hues, from purple through orange to aqua green, mixing together on a trendy accessory that will follow us during the next summer nights. A real must have, become timeless thanks to light material and textures, metal finishings with a matte effect and multicoloured mirrored lenses reflecting the light of <strong>Testarossa Spyder 1986</strong>. " Faccio una chiamata di notte per dirti cosa sento " &egrave; la frase di una delle canzoni del film<a href="http://www.driveilfilm.it/"> Drive</a> ( 2011 ) diretto da Nicolas Winding Refn , cult glam della nostra ultima generazione. Ed &egrave; questa l' ispirazione che vedo attraverso le lenti specchiate dei miei <a href="http://carreraworld.com/it/">Carrera Craze 5001</a>, da indossare quando voglio fare un giro in macchina e accorgermi che oramai si &egrave; fatto buio e che &egrave; tempo di riporli nella borsa. Un modello tutto al femminile, futuristico e moderno con le caratteristiche di quegli anni' 80 che non ho mai vissuto a pieno ma che sogno tutte le volte che ascolto le note elettroniche di Kavinsky, dei Daft Punk e dei Desire. Colori neon, dal viola all' arancio fino al verde acqua si mixano per un accessorio trendy che ci accompagner&agrave; nelle prossime notti estive. Un must have di stagione reso intramontabile grazie all' utilizzo di materiali e texture leggere, alle finiture metal ad effetto matte e dalle lenti "mirror " multicormatiche che rifletteranno la luce della <strong>Testarossa Spyder 1986</strong> . <p style="text-align: justify;">It's been a long journey during which I had the chance to rediscover a city I had had many memories about, although removed by then. The colours of sunset in<strong> Jimbaran</strong> and the candles lighting up the faces of newcomers just like us. The bursting green standing out on <strong>Ubud</strong>'s paddy fields like an impressionist painting. Climbing those stone stairs without knowing where they led to, but with the curiosity to<em> discover</em> an enchanted garden, open to anyone who wants to turn their dream into reality.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Hibiscus red, flowers picked up along the way at the edges of frenzy of a city counting 4 million<em> inhabitants, faces, stories, songs and working hands.</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Smiles everywhere around. Intense colours going through your blurred eyes,<em> leaving you breathless.</em> An endless sea and a white shore far away from the tourist center of <strong>Kuta</strong>, a coveted destination for surfers, coming to enjoy the majesty of waves not only from Australia but from the entire world as well.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">A hidden kingdom through <em>Bulgari Hotel</em>, a limitless sweep of tropical flavors and stone sculptures which seem to come alive at any moment to tell the story of the ones who walked on the cobblestones oxidised by green musk. Fresh water falls softening your skin for a total relax even in the<em> early morning light</em>, so bright that you can only see dark spots in front of your eyes. In the end, sometimes we don't need to use all of our senses... because <strong>Bali</strong> lasts in your heart deeply as an<em> indelible memory</em> of another summer begun early or still to be lived.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>E' stato un viaggio lungo che mi ha portato a riscoprire una citt&agrave; che da tempo era legata ad altri ricordi, oramai rimossi. I colori del tramonto a <strong>Jimbaran</strong> e le candele pronte ad illuminare i volti dei nuovi arrivati, proprio come noi. Lo stagliarsi del verde prorompente nelle risaie di<strong> Ubud</strong>, come un dipinto impressionista. Salire per quelle scale in pietra senza sapere dove ti porteranno ma con la curiosit&agrave; di scoprire un giardino incantato, aperto a tutti coloro che vogliono sognare a<strong> Bali</strong>, non pi&ugrave; ad occhi chiusi.&nbsp;</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Il rosso dell' Ibiscus, i fiori raccolti per strada agli angoli della frenesia di una citt&agrave; che conta 4 milioni di abitanti, di volti, di storie, di canti e di mani che lavorano.&nbsp;</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Sorrisi ovunque ti giri. I colori forti dei costumi tradizionali attraversano i tuoi occhi appannati dall' umidit&agrave; che ti lascia senza fiato. Un mare infinitamente grande e una spiaggia bianca lontano dal centro turistico di <strong>Kuta</strong>, meta per i surfisti , non solo Australiani, ma che arrivano da tutto il mondo per godersi la maestosit&agrave; delle onde.&nbsp;Un regno nascosto passando per il Bulgari Hotel, distesa immensa di sapori tropicali e statue di pietra che pare possano raccontare da un momento all' altro la storia di chi ha camminato sui ciottoli in pietra, corrosa dal muschio verde. Cascate d' acqua fresca, non fredda, che ammorbidiscono la tua pelle per un totale relax anche alla luce del mattino...cos&igrave; forte da veder tutto a chiazze nere. A deserted shore and red binoculars to observe the horizon, surrounded by the laughs and the warmth of the familiar faces of <em>Candela Novembre, Tamu McPherson and Andrea Porro</em> who danced, screamed, ran and covered themselves with sand together with me interpreting <strong>Tommy Hilfigers</strong>' new <em>Surf Shack</em> style. And just like every adventure worthy of its name, it can't be missed the real protagonist of the story:<em> &ldquo;Billo&rdquo;</em>, the renowned <strong>Volkswagen</strong> van from the '50s in a perfectly preppy-hippie lemon yellow shade. <p style="text-align: justify;">A weekend in London to take part to the<a href="http://www.vogue.co.uk/special-events/vogue-festival-2013/news/sunday"> Vogue Festival 2013</a>, the second edition of an event in which a lot of fashion activities are involved, with speakers the likes of <strong>Michael Kors</strong>, <strong>Anna Dello Russo</strong>, <strong>Alber Elbaz</strong> and many more. Aspeaking event in which experts in the field were available to an inquiring and exacting audience wishing to know the market in detail. For the occasion, I travelled together with <a href="http://www.michaelkors.com">Michael Kors</a>' team. The American designer, together with his friend, model<em> Yasmin Le Bon</em>, told us about his<strong> &ldquo;American Dream&rdquo;</strong>, from his first shop windows to the catwalks with the most acclaimed top models of the '80s.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Un week end a Londra per partecipare al <a href="http://www.vogue.co.uk/special-events/vogue-festival-2013/news/sunday">Vogue Festival 2013</a>, la seconda edizione di un evento che d&agrave; spazio a molte attivit&agrave; nel settore moda con speaker del calibro di <strong>Michael Kors, Anna Dello Russo, Alber Elbaz</strong> e molti altri. <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Color Blocking</em> is a very lasting trend, mixing bright and neon hues for an unexpected result. A maximum of three colours to mix and match and to play with to create a gradation of shades. <em>Orange, fuchsia and electric blue</em> for this outfit, wearing a puffy-sleeved<strong> Moschin</strong>o coat, <strong>MSGM</strong> embroidered pants, a shiny <strong>Katie Grand for Hogan</strong> bag and <strong>Dsquared2</strong> bow pumps.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Un trend che non ci lascia da diversi anni &egrave; quello del Color Blocking, coloratissimo mixa colori forti e neon per outfit dal risultato inedito. Un massimo di tre colori da abbinare e con cui giocare creando tra loro una gradazione di sfumature. Arancione, Fuxia e Blu elettrico per questo outfit che mi vede indossare un cappotto di <strong>Moschino</strong> con maniche a sbuffo, un pantalone ricamato di <strong>MSGM</strong> e una borsetta lucida di <strong>Katie Grand</strong> per<strong> Hogan</strong>. <p style="text-align: justify;">Accidental, incognizant errors, omitted actions displaying our hidden subconscious directly.&nbsp;Real and apparently random. This expression of what<em> Freud</em> asserted to be the knot of the <em>&ldquo;lapsus&rdquo;</em> word. An outburst of thoughts, like the ones nowadays we're used to reveal while lying on a chaise longue, like the one created by <strong>Fabio Novembre</strong>, presented during the Design Week at the <a href="http://www.ledictateur.com">&ldquo;Le Dictateur&rdquo; </a>area of <em>Pierpaolo Ferrari</em> and <em>Maurizio Cattelan</em>. A moment of solitude/non-solitude to let the mind go to the thoughts which had been removed by our inner censorship, to stop lying to them and to ourselves. A Persian rug covering our mental levels, almost hanging in a precarious balance between reality and magic, waiting to take off like in the Arabian Nights: <em>Rorschach inkblots</em> hemming our mind's boundaries awaiting for our interpretations of a destiny woven through a feminine weave and a masculine warp, two elements without common reality couldn't ever been existing.</p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><em>Gli errori casuali, non coscienti, atti mancati che esprimono direttamente il nostro inconscio...nascosto. Reale e apparentemente casuale. Questa la manifestazione di ci&ograve; che Freud sosteneva essere la matassa della parola "lapsus". Uno sfogo di pensieri, come quelli che di oramai consuetudine moderna &nbsp;riveliamo seduti su una chaise longue, come quella creata da <strong>Fabio Novembre</strong>&nbsp;e presentata durante la settimana del design nello spazio <a href="http://www.ledictateur.com">"Le Dictateur"</a> di Pierpaolo Ferrari e Maurizio Cattelan. Un momento di solitudine-non solitudine per lasciarsi andare ai pensieri rimossi dalla nostra censura...per non mentire pi&ugrave; n&eacute; a loro n&eacute; a noi stessi. Un tappeto persiano che ricopre i nostri strati mentali &nbsp;in bilico tra reale e magico aspettando che possa prendere il volo come in "Le Mille E Una Notte" ; macchie di Rorscha</em><em>ch bordano i confini e aspettano le nostre interpretazioni di un destino tessuto attraverso la trama femminile e l' ordito maschile, elementi senza il quale non esisterebbe la comune realt&agrave;.</em></div> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p>

A look for this season exclusively for <strong>Refinery29</strong>.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">I got inspired by my wardrobe, wearing one of my favourite pair of <strong>Levi's 501</strong> jeans, vintage and consumed, worn with turn-up and a pair of ankle strap shoes at night like the <strong>Gianvito Rossi</strong> ones with swarovski crystals I choose. For this leisure sunny day I mixed the total look with a &ldquo;pajama&rdquo; shirt by<a href="http://www.sunony.com"> Suno</a>, a totally feminine brand based in New York and founded by <em>Max Osterwais</em> ed<em> Erin Beatty</em>. Peach and dark green shaded prints reminding of warm lands of Kenya, which inspired the collection. Unavoidable accessories: a bottle-green <strong>Gucci</strong> disco bag Soho and a pair of <strong>Tom Ford</strong> retro mirrored sunglasses.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Reinterpretare il jeans. Un look per questa stagione in esclusiva per <strong>Refinery29</strong>.</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Mi sono fatta ispirare dal mio armadio indossando uno dei miei jeans <strong>Levi's 501</strong> preferiti, vintage e consumati da portare risvoltati con un paio di allacciate da sera, qui di <strong>Gianvito Rossi,&nbsp;</strong>luminose grazie alle applicazioni swarovski. &nbsp;Per il comfort di questa mattinata soleggiata ho mixato il total look con una camicia "pajama" di <a href="http://www.sunony.com">Suno</a>, un brand tutto al femminile con base a NewYork fondato da Max Osterwais ed Erin Beatty. Stampe dai toni pesca e verdone che ricordano le terre calde del Kenya da cui &egrave; ispirata la collezione. Accessori immancabili &nbsp;la disco Soho bag verde bottiglia di<strong> Gucci</strong> e gli occhiali a specchio "50's retr&ograve;" di <strong>Tom Ford</strong>.&nbsp;</em></p>
